Shipping policy

• All premade items ship within 5 business days. Made to order items ship within 3-6 weeks of the purchase date. Pre-Orders ship on the date listed in their description. I normally ship orders out on Monday morning.

• All orders are packaged in clamshell style boxes. This helps protect the items inside from damage during transit.

• Glass items may be shipped separately to help ensure items arrive safely. This is at no extra cost to you.

• You will receive a notice when your order has been shipped and is in transit. Tracking numbers will be provided with this notice.

• Shipping speed is based on the USPS time estimate and my 5 day processing time. Once the order leaves my studio I do not have any control over the shipping speed. If you have a special request, please contact me first and I will do my best to work with you. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

• Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours after placing an order. Once your order is packed up your order cannot be cancelled. 

• Packages may be shipped with packing peanuts inside. This helps protect fragile items. Packing peanuts can not be recycled in most cases but I highly recommend re-using them. They can be used on the back of frames as a buffer to protect walls from scuffs and damage. You can also use them in the bottom of potted plants to help with drainage. Clean packing peanuts can also be accepted for reuse at many UPS locations in the US.
