Refund policy
I have a 14-day return policy for premade items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Made to order items and pre-orders are not eligible for return due to the nature of their creation, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please reach out to me to discuss the issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return send me an email at support@theflamewovenalchemist.com. Once your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me via email at support@theflamewovenalchemist.com immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
I'm always happy to offer replacement or refund for any item that arrives damaged or broken. Please send me a photo of the shipping box and broken or damaged items when you email me. This helps me figure out what went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. Because I hand make all of my items each one is unique, in the case of damaged items I will do my best to offer a similar replacement but some items are not replaceable.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
